Popis: | In this paper, a digital control unit of implantable chip is designed. The system architecture of the whole control unit is discussed in detail, and the function modules are introduced in detail. The design of the digital control unit is optimized for the area and power consumption. The circuit has been verified by TSMC 0.35μm process. The result is a chip area of about 300 × 500 (μm2), the power consumption is 1.12mW. The designed circuit can meet the system requirements of the implantable stimulator. |
