Popis:	SummaryAddition of poly vinyl pyrroli-done to plasma in concentrations optimal for preservation of red blood cells in the frozen state results in formation of a gross precipitate. Removal of this precipitate by centrifu-gation takes with it almost all of the plasma nbrinogen and antihemophilic factor and variable amounts of other coagulation factors. Prior to centrifugation, the precipitate demonstrates far less interference with coagulation factor activity.
