Analysing the influence of factors of birth cohort maturing on geographical distribution of disability risks due to cardio-vascular diseases

Popis:	We investigated the local regularities of disability incidence due to cardiovascular diseases in Zhytomyr oblast over 1999-2008 by strip-split-plot design. By using geographical mixed model we ascertained the peculiarities of disability distribution among cohorts, age groups and time periods (APC). Data analysis was carried out on the base of hierarchical nonlinear mixed model. Results bear witness to enhanced local heterogeneity in disability rates due to irregularity in distribution of APC factors. Each APC factor rendered significant modification to geographical distribution of disability rates.
