Popis: Energy measurement data are the basic data sources of perceiving smart city and realizing energy conservation and emission reduction. The promotion and application of big data, cloud computing, Internet of things (IoT) and mobile Internet technology drive the rapid development of energy measurement, and it also brings serious challenges for the security of measurement data. The paper introduces the structure of the energy measurement data system and analyzes the current situation and application demands for the system at home and abroad. It focuses on the basic and forward-looking technologies necessary for future energy measurement development, such as the new-generation cryptographic technology, private information protection in energy information network environments, the distribution and application mode of quantum key, secure communication protocol, big data access control, information sharing and fusion, and mass data processing, analyzing and application. The application of all these key technologies in China can provide the basic scientific basis for developing the top-level design and deepening applications of the energy measurement system.
