Popis: | The Internet of Things (IoT) is a fundamental part for the future of internet. The term can be defined as a vigorous, i.e. global network infrastructure, evolving and persistently changing network infrastructure. This IoT system is composed of virtual and physical “entities” having an identity, i.e. physical features, identity and a virtual behavior. Generally, the IoT has two or more entities in a communication set-up using Machine-to-Machine (M2M) having a wireless and a wired platform. Interestingly, problems associated with the health care system are reported and the technical applications depending on a deterministic scientific logic, even though it is considered as the way-out for many issues related to health care system. This article is focused on the technological aspects of providing patients with secure healthcare services and people living at homes independently while still being taken care distantly by healthcare personnel. A multi-layer supervisory combined framework is projected in this article with several applications presented in the application layer. These applications can be installed either in smart homes or in the cloud depending on the service requirement. In the proposed application the online appointment system registers a patient by entering their email-id and name to make an appointment. This application system can combine the visible service enablers with exterior application (i.e. Third party applications) for new services with a lot of features to provision the hospitals and the patients. |
