The paper presents the project documentation for the construction of an office building in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation â 87 of February 16, 2008. The site plan, architectural, space-planning and design solutions, measures for fire safety and access for the disabled were developed, the construction organization project was completed and the estimated documentation for construction and installation works was compiled. In the modern world, the appearance of the building plays a huge role. Therefore, recently, translucent facade systems have become increasingly popular. In order for the facade system to meet the requirements during operation, it is necessary to design it correctly. A modular facade glazing system was developed for a high-rise office building. The purpose of the work, in addition to the development of project documentation, was the design of facade modules with the calculation of their load-bearing capacity. In the course of the work, a comprehensive approach was implemented to solve the problem of calculating the optimal design solution for modular glazing. Standard facade modules were developed in accordance with the current load, which varies in height. As part of the research part, the following tasks were performed: 1. to evaluate the aesthetic and operational and technical characteristics of translucent structures in the design of facades 2. describe the composition of the selected facade system, the nodes adjacent to the frame structures 3. describe the technology of installation of modular facades 4. perform the selection of the filling based on the thermal and technical conditions of this climate zone and the static calculation 5. make a static calculation of the load-bearing structures of the modular facade, taking into account the peak wind load and select the cross-sections of aluminum profiles. |
