Nano-biomaterials can assist in the repair and reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament rupture caused by exercise. Based on this research background, 24 rats were selected for surgery to form anterior cruciate ligament rupture injury, and silk fibroin/polylactic acid-polycaprolactone nanofiber scaffold was used for ligament reconstruction. After recovery treatment, we use computed tomography to diagnose the fracture and use histological staining to check. The results showed that there was a new bone formation in the rat’s ligament break. For this reason, we can conclude that silk fibroin/polylactic acid-polycaprolactone nanofiber scaffold can assist in the repair and reconstruction of cruciate ligament rupture caused by sports. Therefore, this method is worthy of clinical promotion. |
