Popis: | The effect of some antidote candidates on the transfer of organophosphorous compounds (OPC) across artificial membranes and skin, was studied using a flow-through diffusion cell. It was found that the extent of the transfer through membranes was strongly dependent on the polarity of the OPC and to a lesser degree on the membrane polarity. Both hydrophilic and hydrophobic adsorptive powders inhibited the transfer, proportional to the amount of powder. |
