Popis: | We propose the optimum modes for the formation of diffusion boride coatings on steels of various classes from liquid-metal melts. The microstructure and physical properties of boronized steels 20, 30, 45, R18, DI22, and U10 are analyzed. The advantages of boronizing from lithium-based melts, which enables one to combine the process of deposition with heat treatment, over the familiar methods of creation of a coating from powder mixtures are established. |
