Innovative processes are subject to cycling. Innovative cycles are being formed at the corporate and national economic levels. Transformational processes of innovative cycles formulate the need to develop measures that allow you to distinguish phases and thereby apply the necessary tools in order to maintain and operate the economic foundations. This postulate demonstrates the need to study the topic of innovative cycles, namely the conditions and factors that determine them. The purpose of writing a scientific article is to consider the conditions and factors for the formation of innovative cycles. The objectives of the research are components that require: considering the concept of «innovation cycle», highlighting the features of the innovation cycle based on the worldview of scientists, as well as identifying the conditions and factors for the formation of the innovation cycle. The research apparatus is based on methods: theoretical bases, typology, classification and grouping. Conditions and factors of formation of innovative cycling determine prerequisites of organization of this process and act as causal links for emergence and change of phase of innovation cycle. The conditions and factors of the innovation cycle allow us to formulate laws that occur in the framework of the transformation of economic processes. |
