Popis: | Micropatterning typically involves a multistep lithographic process. Despite its high throughput and versatility, lithography involves multiple steps and hazardous etching chemicals. Moreover, lithographic techniques fall short in creating nonidentical, noncrystalline microarrays on solid surfaces. In this work, we demonstrated a bottom-up patterning of microlens arrays using dropwise condensation (DWC) of functional monomers.
