In this paper, a project of a high-rise public building with vertical gardening facade designed for a business center has been developed. A land spot has been selected for construction and its planning scheme has been developed. Space-planning solutions were designed: on the underground floors there is a parking lot, on the 1st floor there is a dining room and technical rooms, on the other floors - office premises. Structural elements of the building are designed on the basis of calculation. Ventilation system of the 1st and -1st floors has been designed. The paper also presents a project for the organization of construction, including a calendar plan, indicating the sequence and duration of the work, a schedule of resources and a construction master plan. The technology of digging out the excavation under the building is presented. Requirements for fire safety of buildings and access for people with limited mobility are taken into account. Also in the work developed a system of vertical gardening facades. The design of the system device has been designed, the requirements for the operation of green spaces have been studied and systems have been developed for their maintenance. |
