Popis:	A 76-year-old female was diagnosed eosinophilic granuloma, which occurred in themandibular bone. The following is a short report on the case.It is well known that eosinophilic granuloma frequently occurs in pediatrics, but rarely in geriatrics.She was diagnosed eosinophilic granuloma only in the mandible. But on X-ray findings, punched out bone defects were detected in the temporal bone, thoracic vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, and the pelvis.So multiple eosinophilic granuloma was suggested.
