In Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin in the period from 2015 to 2017, the project “Creating a system for managing the independent work of trainees” was developed and implemented as part of the program for the modernization of pedagogical education. In the article, approaches creation and results of approbation of a control system of independent work of students are considered. A model for managing the independent work of students in a university is proposed, which includes: Analysis of normative documents, target component, conditions of implementation; Technology implementation, the object management, the resulting component of the model. The main tool for managing the independent work of the students is the syllabus of discipline. The most effective forms and methods of teaching in the implementation of the model are considered, preference is given to the use of the electronic educational environment of the university and active methods of learning. A new form of organization of student’s work is offered - independent self-employed work. The role of a tutor in a university is defined when accompanying the independent work of students. A significant place in the article is given to the organization of reflexive activity of students, tools for organizing reflexive activity are offered - diaries of individual and group reflection. The pedagogical efficiency of the proposed model was assessed according to the selected criteria: Motivation to realize independent work, the level of mastering disciplines, the level of formation of general educational activities among students. |
