Popis: Тема ВКРбакалавра: «Повышение эффективности деятельности учреждения Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ на основе внедрения инструментов бережливого производства на примере медицинской клиники». Цель работы - применение инструментов бережливого производства для повышения эффективности деятельности учреждения Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. Работа выполнена на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð½ÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ клиники ООО «Ментор Клиник». Использованные методы: общенаучные методы исследования - контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий; специфические методы исследования - методы организационного проектирования. Результаты работы: - проведен анализ теории и практики внедрения инструментов бережливого производства в сфере Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ; - разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности деятельности медицинской клиники ООО «Ментор Клиник» на основе внедрения инструментов бережливого производства и дано Ð¸Ñ ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ðµ обоснование; - предложенная рекомендация по разработке СОП унифицирует Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ при разработке СОП в Ð¼ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð½ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ ; - данная методика позволит регламентировать основные требования к порядку организации работ по разработке, оформлению, внедрению и мониторингу СОП на основании имеющегося практического опыта в разработке и утверждении стандартов организации, оказания медицинской помощи. Область применения результатов ВКР– медицинские учреждения. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.
The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: “Improving the efficiency of a healthcare institution based on the implementation of lean manufacturing tools using the example of a medical clinic”. The aim of the graduate qualification work is application of lean manufacturing tools to improve the efficiency of a healthcare institution. The work has been carried out on the materials of medical clinic LLC “Mentor Clinic”. Research methods used: general scientific methods of research - content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies; specific research methods - organizational design methods. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - analysis of the theory and practice of implementing lean an production tools in the healthcare sector was carried out; - measures have been developed to improve the efficiency of the medical clinic of Mentor Clinic LLC based on the introduction of lean production tools and their economic justification has been given; - the proposed recommendation for the development of SOPs unifies approaches to the development of SOPs in medical organizations; - this methodology will allow to regulate the basic requirements for the organization of work on the development, execution, implementation and monitoring of SOPs based on the existing practical experience in the development and approval of standards for the organization and provision of medical care. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – medical clinics. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
