Popis: Experimental time dependent characteristics of superconductivity destruction by microwave (3 cm) pulse are studied. The superconductive structure to be investigated was presented by coplanar line made of thin superconductive NbN or YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7- x film on Al 2 O 3 and MgO single crystal substrates. The dependence of microwave losses in the line on microwave pulse power and their developing in pulse time has been obtained. The voltage drop along the line caused by the small d.c. current and characterizing resistive state in the cause of microwave pulse in film are studied. The state of the film with appreciable increase of microwave losses but with zero d.c. voltage drop has been observed.
