Popis:	1. 1.Heat production of Reuber H35 rat hepatoma cells has been measured by using an isoperibol reaction calorimeter. 2. 2.Production of thermal energy was determined during incubation of cells in suspension culture at temperatures ranging between 35 and 43°c. 3. 3.Heat production was only slightly affected by the experimental temperature except for temperatures higher than 41°C, which lead to a decrease.
