Popis:	The hydrogenation products of humulinic acids A and B are described and mechanisms for the reactions are advanced. The isolated 2, 4-diisopentylcyclo-pentane-1, 3-dione (X), trans- 1, 3-diisopentyl cyclopentane (XV) and 2, 5-diiso-pentyl-2-cyclopenten-1-one (XII) have probably not been isolated before.
