Popis: | Women entrepreneurship is attaining significance in all spheres of economies whether it’s developed, developing, or underdeveloped economies. There are diverse factors such as social, institutional, motivational, challenging, push, pull, cultural, environmental, resource, and psychological factors which affect the enterprises of women entrepreneurs while starting their business and the present study aims at categorizing those factors. The present paper carried out a systematic literature review using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. The inclusion criteria were i) publication between 2012 and 2022; ii) being a quantitative study; iii) open-access; iv) subject areas; v) written in the English language; vi) research articles only; vii) conducted a review on factors impacting women entrepreneurship. Studies were excluded from the assessment which were i) qualitative studies; ii) unpublished thesis, conference proceedings, and a book chapter. After following the subsequent procedures, 21 quantitative studies were determined for assessment. |
