Popis: In order to effectively guarantee the safety of ships in restricted waters and poor visibility, the paper comprehensively applies high-precision differential GPS positioning technology, GPRS data transmission and processing technology, electronic chart display information system technology, and computer big data network technology. Image processing technology, ORACLE database management technology, and other 6 high-tech implementations of ship navigation and monitoring systems, the system has route design, ship navigation, navigation records, navigation reproduction, shore monitoring, dock berth management, pilotage management, maritime Chart management, chart correction, chart job, printing, information query and other functions. Use the camera to periodically shoot the bridge and the compass, and process the captured pictures. The obtained ship's course and GPS position are sent to the on-board laptop through the serial port for superimposed display. The laptop compresses and encodes the ship's information and the pilot's information. Then send it to the ORACLE database through the GPRS network and notify each monitoring terminal connected to the server to ensure that the monitoring terminal connected to it displays synchronously.
