A New Power Train System of Electric Hybrid Vehicle

Popis: A new type of electric power train system was designed for fully hybrid electric city bus, which is mainly composed of engine, power coupling mechanism, first motor, second motor, motor controller, power train controller, power battery, and Drive axle. Its main characteristics of power coupling mechanism is adoption of one planetary gear set to realize the function that can be provided by two planetary gear sets. The new power train can be manufactured with lower cost because of its simple structure with higher transmission efficiency and less faults such as oil leakage. The new system can provide five operation modes for city bus, which are hybrid driving, pure electric driving, regenerative braking, grid charging, and stop charging.
