Popis: To determine the fatigue properties of cordierite honeycomb for diesel particulate filter, static, dynamic, and cyclic fatigue tests were carried out using 4-point bending loading on honeycomb structure specimens at room temperature. This study indicated that the power-law equation for crack growth V=AK1n is applicable to the lifetime prediction of the honeycomb structures.
