Popis: | Pilot plant tests of the CO 2 chemical absorption process (capacity:1000m3N/h) were carried out under various operation conditions. In the tests, a newly developed absorption solution was used. Test results were evaluated by using the overall mass transfer coefficient Kog a of the absorption process. The collected data were applied to the evaluation program which calculates plant equipment specifications and design configurations. After the computer aided study the CO 2 absorption plant for 1000MW thermal power plant was designed in which CO 2 removal is 90%. The construction area for of the CO 2 absorption plant for the 1000MW power plant will be about 170m × 110m. |
