Popis: Endovascular repair of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm has gained increasingly acceptable results among large acute aortic centers. In the appropriate setting, endovascular repair has a less invasive modality and reduced morbidity for the dreaded complication of abdominal aortic aneurysm. The conduct of the perioperative period is essential for the best possible outcome. The chapter focuses on how to prevent, to diagnose, and to treat possible complications during endovascular repair of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.
