Popis: | The main goal of this paper is to declare a novel compact antenna with wideband characteristics at 28 GHz, with the aim of using in the 5G mobile networks and shark-fin mobile systems. The antenna dimensions and parameters are optimized over simulation and measurement to give better results. Measurements verified the response of antenna at the operating 5G frequency band (28 GHz). The proposed antenna attains a measured gain of 7.1 dB at 28 GHz. The measured impedance bandwidth is also about 20% at MMW operating band. |
