Popis: | 1. Aluminization and high-frequency of valves made of Kh9S2 and Kh10S2M steelsproduces a hard, heat-resistant aluminized layer with excellent adherence to the base metal. 2. The aluminized layer has a complex structure in which the phases are distributed according to the iron-aluminum phase diagram. 3. The optimal aluminization conditions in the case of heating with current from an ordinary machine generator are: 25–30 kw of power from the generator, a heating time of 14–16 sec, and a layer 40–60 μ thick. 4. When high-frequency heating is used it is necessary to compress the aluminized face of the valve to obtain a very smooth surface. |
