Popis: | The influence of dilatation and rotation deformations on the structure of X-ray interference patterns (displacement lines) obtained from a twin-block system having a narrow non-diffracting zone is studied. Also some questions are considered on the distribution of displacement lines intensity and visibility depending on the deformation. It is demonstrated experimentally, that the presence of the dilatation deformation causes a change of the displacement line period and the rotation deformation an inclination of these lines. It is also shown that the deformation leads to a deterioration of the displacement line visibility. A method for determining lattice distortions by measuring the period and location of these lines is indicated. [Russian Text Ignored]. |
