Popis: | Recently, monolayer MoS2 exhibits semiconducting properties with a direct bandgap of 1.8 eV, which has attracted more attention. Therefore, synthesis of MoS2 nanomaterials is a hot topic in recent years. However, the synthetic approaches of molybdenum disulfide are complex in previous reports. In this work, molybdenum disulfide with different morphologies can be prepared with a simple single-temperature-zone CVD system by slightly adjusting one or two reaction parameters. Photoluminescence spectrum indicates that MoS2 with diverse morphologies and structures have different electronic structures, which offers an easy way to prepare MoS2 nanomaterials for optoelectronic applications.
