Popis: | The authors show that in the case of an arbitrary distribution of electrons over initial energies the quantitative characteristics of the energy distribution of the emitted electrons can be obtained from the experimental current-voltage characteristics of a flat diode. The electron energy spectrum is studied experimentally as a function of the temperature on the face of a tungsten single crystal. |
