Popis: | We have been attempting superearly ambulation after cervical laminoplasty and thoracolumbar laminectomy since July 1998. The aim of this report is to evaluate this postoperative treatment. The average recovery rate of JOA score did not differ from the conventional rehabilitation group. The course of postoperative rehabilitation was shorter than conventional rehabilitation. The cervical laminoplasty group did not complain of postoperative neck pain and showed no complications. Postoperative activity restrictions after cervical laminoplasty and thoracolumbar laminectomy may not be necessary. |
