Supersaturated vapor of a crystalline material as a medium for displaying the tracks of charged particles

Popis:	The possible use of the supersaturated vapor of a solid crystalline material for displaying the tracks of charged particles is discussed. In this case the track must be determined from the chain of crystals which grow from the vapor. The necessary supersaturation and the sensitivity time are calculated for C10H8 for various charges of the ionic centers which are formed and near which the crystals are nucleated and grow.
