Popis:	Idiopathic torsion dystonia does not present anatomical lesions that can shed line on the pathophysiology of this motor disorder. It is therefore necessary, in order to approach the mechanism responsible for dystonia, to refer to the provoking focal lesions, themselves for the most part localized. Among these lesions, those of vascular origin are particulary interesting, their limits being more precise than those of encephalitis or metabolic encephalopathies.
