Popis: | Statistical characteristics of the ordinary and extraordinary waves scattered in the magnetized plasma are investigated using the perturbation method and boundary conditions. Second order statistical moments of scattered electromagnetic waves are obtained for the arbitrary correlation function of electron density fluctuations. Numerical calculations are carried out for the 3MHz and 40MHz operating frequencies. |
