Die langwierige manuelle Entwicklung von Greifsystemen wird durch das im Beitrag vorgestellte Softwaresystem automatisiert. Basierend auf dem Anforderungsprofil werden die einzelnen Bereiche der Softwarelösung vorgestellt und deren Funktionsweise erläutert. Am Beispiel der Gruppierung von Spannpunkten für Türmontagesysteme durch multikriterielle Optimierung wird das Potenzial für die breitere Anwendung der Softwarelösung in flexiblen und modularen Anlagen gezeigt. The software system presented in this paper allows for automating the tedious manual development of gripping systems. Based on a requirements profile, the individual areas of the software solution are presented and their functionality is explained. The example of grouping clamping points for door assembly systems using multi-criteria optimization, points out the potential for a broader application of the software solution in flexible and modular systems. |
