The cut-off effect of spin—lattice relaxation rates in OBPA

Popis: The proton spin—lattice relaxation time of OBPA ( p -octyloxybenzylidene p , N-propylaniline) has been measured as a function of the temperature at various frequencies. The frequency dependent portion of the relaxation rate is attributed to the fluctuation of the order parameter and a frequency cut-off effect was observed.
