Popis: | Increasingly, psychometric testing is moving away from the paper-and-pencil testing model (or online versions of such tests) to forms that are designed with technological and mathematical advances at their heart. Computerised adaptive testing (CAT) is not a new concept but it is unfamiliar to the vast majority of registered test users. Registered test users are most often seen as the gatekeepers of advice and knowledge on psychometric testing and how it can be used effectively, efficiently and in the fairest possible ways. |
