Popis: | In this talk, we present the results of the ex vivo experimental studies by means of optical coherence tomography of malignant and healthy tissues of brain, including samples of human brain glioma of different grades and rat glioblastoma model. The extraction of features based on attenuation and homogeneity helps to analyze differences of tissues. |
