Popis: | Results are presented from studying the size-dependent spectral luminescent properties of colloidal Ag2S quantum dots (QDs) passivated with L-cysteine (L-Cys) molecules. The stability of the luminescent properties of Ag2S/L-Cys QDs with respect to the action of radiation with different powers and wavelengths is analyzed. |
