Popis: | GyroWheel is an innovative aerospace device which integrates the function of attitude determination and control. Due to the special structure of flex-gimbal suspension system, GyroWheel rotor have three degrees of freedom. As most other rotating machineries, the dynamic unbalance issue also exists in GyroWheel system, which is caused by the uneven mass distribution of rotor. The couple unbalance leads to tilt vibration and induces interference in system operation, especially considering the tilt motion of GyroWheel rotor along radial direction. In this paper, the identification issue of couple unbalance for GyroWheel rotor is investigated by using the ICM-based identification algorithm. The effectiveness and feasibility of the identification algorithm is verified according to the experimental results based on the GyroWheel prototype. |
