Popis: | Parameters of antenna-coupled superconducting microbolometers in far-infrared and submillimeter wavelength regions arc considered under the condition of their limitation by background fluctuations. Theoretical analysis shows that at cryogenic temperatures application of antenna reception leads to sham decrease of response time τ of bolometers without any decrease in their detectivity. Calculated characteristics of deep-cooled antenna-coupled microbolometers are being compared with measured parameters of Au/Pb/Sn and YBaCuO microbolometers. operating at 3.6 - 4.7 K and 70 - 90 K, respectively. |
