Popis:	The low-energy spectrum and the γ-decay probabilities for114Cd have been calculated. The method used is derived from those of the theory of the superconductivity. For the residual interaction between the nucleons outside the closed shells, a pairing plus quadrupole force has been assumed. A reasonable agreement with the experimental data is obtained.
