Popis:	The lack of technical knowledge in user when it comes to solving any technical problem and this same happens with the employees of any organization who use machines but cannot solve major technical problems as well. To solve this issue there is a need for intelligent facility management which consists of automation by using IoT devices and machine learning. This includes raising a request for appropriate service via mobile devices or tablet as well. The proposed system has automation in terms of facility management via IoT and smart devices. The request can be raised via the application or via IoT/smart devices themselves. The addition of intelligently detecting the future state of the machine makes service more convenient. With the help of gathered data and behaviour of IoT/smart devices service can be provided before any issue or need for maintenance.
