Popis: | Metallic biomaterials are of extraordinary enthusiasm because of their higher mechanical properties. In any case the biological responses occur at surfaces and interfaces and the consummation of the metallic biomaterials is directly influenced by the human body and the reactions in the human body. A large quantity of the metallic biomaterials does't meet the prerequisites as far as both surface and mass properties for biomedical applications. In this study, the Magnesium AZ31B substrate was coated with nanographene particles using the plasma spray coating process with different coating thickness. The prepared substrate was characterized by using by Raman spectroscopy. The hardness of the surface increases as the coating layer increased and its roughness has been reduced considerably. |
