The Barium Titanate (BT) and (0.90) BT + (0.10) LF (BTLF) was prepared using conventional solid state sintering technique. The samples were sintered at 1150° C for 3 hours. XRD confirm the phases of samples. Analysis of dielectric constant with temperature and frequency provide information related to phase transition for the pure BT and the composites are found to record steeply increasing curves. Impedance spectra of the composites were also reported that as frequency increases the impedance (Z’) of the composites decreases steeply and attains nearly constant at high frequencies, while observing dispersion at lower frequencies.
