Popis: | In this work, introductory concepts and explanations related to the implementation of a measurement system of electric quantities in public buildings and distribution transformers in the Federal University of Santa Maria campus are presented, which are based on the LoRaWAN protocols for communication. The analysis is performed on a pilot LoRaWAN communication network in order to validate and verify the performance in a real environment. The energy meters are operating in Class A of the LoRaWAN protocol at 915-928 MHz. The main analysis performed is the packet delivery rate to the LoRaWAN network server, it’s also presented the development of a panel for the analysis of electrical quantities, which presents features ranging from simple to advanced analysis. It is through the analysis of the packet delivery rate that LoRaWAN network performance metrics are generated, thus, applying strategies that mitigate costs and increase the robustness and reliability of the LoRaWAN network. |
