Universal Hardware and Software System of Signal Converting for Integrated Sensor Devices Implementation

Popis: The work is devoted to the issues of implementation the signal converters of integrated sensors in data fusion concepts. The problem of developing a universal signal converter for the construction of integrated sensors is solved. The basic requirements for such a converter are wide functionality which combines different methods of measuring conversion and compliance with current trends of microelectronic sensor development. Considering the requirements of modern microcircuit technique, in particular for sensory devices of the Internet of Things, the signal path of the synthesized sensors is implemented based on PSoC of 5LP Family Cypress. The testing of the developed system was carried out in the implementation process of integrated sensors for impedance spectroscopy.
