Popis:	Self-hydrolyzing inorganic precursors underwent interface selective sol-gel polymerization at different interfaces between water and templates. This interface sol-gel polymerization was applied to fabricating discrete materials by encapsulating various materials with silica, titania, iron oxide and alumina.
