Popis: | Starch/nanocellulose nanocomposite is of interest because of its potential applications in the field of biodegradable food packaging and biomedical applications thanks to its safe, biodegradable, fabricated by simple traditional methods, and cheap. The starch reinforced by nanocellulose significantly improved the physicochemical properties, especially the mechanical properties, thermal stability as well as barrier properties, compared to the starch matrix. With outstanding advantages compared to polymer nanocomposites derived from petroleum, the starch/nanocellulose composite is considered a potential agent for biodegradable food packaging and biomedical technology. |
