Popis: | The influence of nanodisperse particles of hydroxyapatite on the structure of films based on collagen with a molecular mass of 360 kDa was studied. When coatings formed, the collagen macromolecules aggregated into spherulites; modification led to structural changes related to the decomposition of the spherulite structure and the formation of a grain structure. The variation of the physicomechanical properties of film materials directly depends on the size of the structural units. |
