Popis:	Lithium-Selective Chromoionophores of Arylazobutenoate Type New lithium-selective chromoionophoric compounds with arylazobutenoic acid structure have been synthesized from dichlorodihydropyrazole 2. The (E,E) isomers of esters of the arylazobutenoic acid (3a, 4, 5) exhibit a remarkable color change in the presence of lithium ions and triethylamine from orange to purple.
